Help & FAQ
Everything you need to know about using CampaignCache.
Getting Started
What is CampaignCache?
CampaignCache is a free, public archive of email newsletters from hundreds of brands. We collect marketing emails, process them, and present them as a browsable, searchable archive — like a library for email marketing.
You can browse newsletters from brands like Nike, Shopify, Morning Brew, and many more — all in one place, without subscribing to each one individually.
Do I need an account?
No! The entire archive is free to browse without an account. You can search, read newsletters, and explore brands as a guest.
Creating a free account lets you follow brands to build a personalised feed on your dashboard, and receive a weekly digest of new emails from your followed brands.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign in in the top right corner. You can sign in with Google, GitHub, or your email address via a magic link — no password needed.
Browsing & Search
How do I find newsletters from a specific brand?
Can I get an RSS feed for a brand?
Yes! Every brand page has an RSS feed. Look for the RSS icon on the brand page, or use this URL pattern:
https://campaigncache.com/brands/{brand-slug}/feed.xml
What are deals?
Our Deals page automatically extracts coupon codes and promotions from newsletters so you can quickly find active offers.
Following Brands & Your Dashboard
How do I follow a brand?
Sign in, then visit any brand's page and click the Follow button. Followed brands appear in your Dashboard feed.
What is the weekly digest?
If you follow brands, we send you a weekly email summarising the latest newsletters from your followed brands. You can opt out from your dashboard or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any digest email.
Adding Brands
Can I request a brand to be added?
Yes! Visit the Suggest a Newsletter page and tell us about the brand. We review all suggestions and add approved brands to the archive.
I own a brand — can I claim my page?
Yes! When you submit your brand, check the "I represent this brand" option and verify your email address. Verified brands get a badge on their page.
Links & Privacy
Why do links in newsletters go through /go/?
Links in archived newsletters are redirected through our server for two reasons:
- Privacy: We strip tracking pixels and personal identifiers from emails before archiving
- Revenue: Some links include affiliate parameters, which help support CampaignCache at no extra cost to you
See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
Is my personal data safe?
We take privacy seriously. We don't store passwords (authentication is handled by WorkOS), and we strip all personal information from newsletters before archiving. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can also export your data at any time (GDPR).
