We’re evolving our loyalty program to bring you a range of
curated benefits designed to recognise you in more
meaningful ways. Below we share what’s changing and
what’s staying the same.

We’re moving to a more personalised approach of tailored
offers, exclusive experiences and thoughtful surprises
throughout the year.

We’re excited to share that the first of these is coming very
soon! Keep an eye on your inbox. And don't forget, your
member exclusive 25% off full price offer continues until this
Sunday 12 April.

Many of the benefits you know and love will remain
unchanged, including early access to promotions and
collections, membership tiers and free shipping benefits.
Additionally, Black, Silver and Rose Gold tiers will continue
to enjoy birthday rewards. As you move through our tiers,
you’ll unlock additional privileges, from member invitations
to considered gifts and seasonal rewards.

Some of our rewards will be changing:

•	Birthday Rewards will no longer be issued to Member tier customers.
•	Anniversary Rewards will be retired across all tiers.
•	The Spend and Earn structure of earning rewards on transactions will no longer be offered across all tiers.

These changes will take effect from Monday 11 May and
make way for the introduction of new aspects to the
Program. Any rewards issued before this date will remain
valid until their expiry.
